These terms cover the public pages of LocalAIBuddy. By using the site you agree to them. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory rules of your home country still apply.

What the site is

LocalAIBuddy is an independent guide. It lists AI tools that can run on a computer you own, with a traffic light for memory, a source for each number, and links to the maker's own install guide. It is not a shop, not a download host, and not a contract to buy hardware or software.

A green, amber, or red light is an estimate from published file sizes and a memory rule. It can be wrong for your exact machine, app version, or file. Prices were checked on 14 Oct 2026 and move. Confirm the live price at the shop.

Advice

Nothing on the site is financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Pages about money and paperwork say so again next to the tools. A fit light is not a promise that a model will feel fast, or that a purchase is a good one.

Paid links

Some outbound links are advertisements. If you buy after using one, we may earn a commission. You pay the shop's price. The relationship is described in the affiliate disclosure. A shop's stock, warranty, and checkout are the shop's terms, not ours.

Your use of the pages

You may read the pages and share links to them. You may not copy the collection of pages, data, or text to build a competing guide, and you may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers. Names of models, apps, and shops are trademarks of their owners. We use them to identify the products.

Liability

We take care with sources and dates. We are liable under Dutch law where the law says we must be, including for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for a shop's price or delivery, for a model's output, or for a computer purchase you make from an estimate on this site. Loss of data inside an app we do not operate is outside these pages.

Law

Dutch law governs these terms. A dispute can be brought before the courts of the Netherlands, without taking away a consumer's right to go to the court where they live. Privacy is covered by the privacy policy.
